At Elva Naturals – Traditional Herbal Wellness Blend, every order is prepared and packed with care. We want your shopping experience to remain simple, transparent, and dependable. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
1. Return Request Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the return request must be submitted within this period through our official phone number or email address.
2. Eligible Returns
A product may be accepted for return when:
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product arrived damaged, leaking, torn, or materially defective.
- The package was already opened or tampered with when delivered.
- The product received is different from the item confirmed in your order.
Clear photographs or an unedited opening video may be requested to verify the issue.
3. Health, Hygiene & Safety Standard
Because Elva Naturals offers herbal wellness products intended for personal consumption, we cannot accept returns for products that have been:
- Opened or unsealed after delivery.
- Used, tasted, mixed, or partially consumed.
- Damaged after being received.
- Stored improperly.
- Returned without their original packaging.
This restriction helps protect product hygiene, safety, and quality for every customer.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
A change-of-mind return may be considered only when the product is:
- Unopened and unused.
- Fully sealed.
- In its original packaging.
- In resalable condition.
Return courier charges for an approved change-of-mind return will be paid by the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery when your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, tampered with, or incorrect.
Kindly provide:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Contact number used for the order.
- Clear photographs of the parcel and product.
- An opening video, when available.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
6. Refund Options
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the decision.
Approved refunds may be issued through:
- Bank transfer.
- Easypaisa.
- JazzCash.
- Another mutually agreed payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, cash refunds are not handed over by the courier. The customer must provide valid account or mobile-wallet details.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The time required for the amount to appear may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or mobile-wallet service.
8. Replacement Instead of Refund
Where appropriate, Elva Naturals may offer a replacement instead of a monetary refund, particularly when:
- The wrong item was dispatched.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- Part of the order was missing.
- A replacement product is readily available.
Any replacement arrangement will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
9. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not normally be approved when:
- The request is submitted after the return window.
- The seal has been opened by the customer.
- The product has been used or consumed.
- The customer no longer wants the product after opening it.
- The product was damaged through misuse or improper storage.
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Delivery was refused without a verified product-related issue.
- The customer did not follow the recommended usage or expected a guaranteed personal outcome.
Individual experiences with herbal wellness products may vary. A refund cannot be granted solely because the customer did not experience a particular result.
10. Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before it has been packed or handed over to the courier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in limitations on future orders.
11. Return Shipping Instructions
Do not send a product back without receiving return approval from our support team.
Approved returns must be:
- Securely packed.
- Sent in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the order information.
- Dispatched to the return address provided by our team.
Elva Naturals will not be responsible for unapproved returns or parcels sent to an incorrect address.
12. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are refundable only when the return results from an error by Elva Naturals or a verified delivery-related product issue.
For change-of-mind returns, both the original delivery cost and return courier cost remain the customer’s responsibility.
13. Fair Review Commitment
Every return request is reviewed individually and fairly. Elva Naturals may request reasonable evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
Our return and refund terms are clearly disclosed before purchase in line with applicable consumer-protection expectations.
